This hands-on crepe class is perfect for beginners who want to build confidence in the kitchen while learning the art of making delicate, delicious crepes from scratch. Whether you’re brand new to cooking or simply looking to expand your skills, this class will guide you every step of the way.

You’ll learn how to work with a smooth, versatile crepe batter and master the techniques for pouring, swirling, flipping, and folding with ease. With guidance from the Chef Instructor/Owner, each participant will create one sweet crepe and one savory crepe, discovering how simple ingredients can be transformed into impressive dishes.

Along the way, you’ll pick up essential tips and tricks, how to achieve the perfect thin texture, prevent sticking and balance flavors. In a relaxed, supportive environment, you’ll gain practical skills and kitchen confidence you can recreate at home for brunches, desserts, or everyday meals.
